On the Road Again! Introducing Sir Lancelot

We have taken to a life on the road and in November 2021, we upgraded George and Tulip. We now have Sir Lancelot who takes us around. It is fully loaded and has plenty of room for the four of us. As it turns out however, I still fight Sunny for my chair! He is my funny boy. We are going to document our adventures as we cruise around some more.

Lancelot is a Newmar New Aire 3341. We bought it used and plan to live in it a lot of the time as we explore the United States. We will use it to go up from Florida to Maine. Initially, we planned to go into Canada, but, we decided that it was far enough to hit the border in Maine and so we are strictly staying in country.

It costs about $1/mile to drive Lancelot so we have decided to move slower and really take in the sights and sounds and activities in an area. Initially, we moved much more quickly but since we have been in the Northeast, we have slowed considerably.

Rich is the driver. Karen is the passenger and tries to calm the dogs. They are not quite used to this idea yet, but, we are working on it. There is a lot of noise as you drive your living room and kitchen down the highway; if you hit a pothole or the road has damage of some sort, you are doubly treated to loud sounds and banging things.

We are off!
